Devon Klee I am incredibly glad I stumbled upon this album. This has definitely been the best album I've listened to that's been released in 2017, let alone the last couple of years. Thank you for making such great music. I would choose a favorite song if I could, but I just can't. They're all too good, especially Sad Song, I Am So Smart (SMRT), Social Tedium, High Octane (Love), and Woo! Once again, amazing job and thank you. Your music is, in fact, pure gold.

Sad Song 04:45
i've been burned by a lie (lye) sodium hydroxide you gotta take it literally cuz a lyric in a song you might take figuratively so my heart is broke and on fear i choke the beating in my heart palpatates and my wind pipe is blocked from some food that i ate (chorus) you've got pain you've got scars and you work so hard keep the mind occupied so inside you can hide building walls around you i write words to a song about someone who done me wrong but nothing happened of the sort just an extension of a pain bottled up with no retort and all these things may be temporary just cap the bottle, say goodbye but malignant cells they do multiply (chorus 2x) neither drunk or sober high or low no state of mind will let you know if what i sing is indeed a sad song it just seems to me that it's easier to keep plugging along (chorus 2x) this is not a sad song ...

i may appear dead to you i got an empty schedule so let me take your ass to school and prove that you're a motherfuckin' tool spending less time on porn by keeping so well informed now my friend you have been warned and i'm really so much smarter than you only making minimum wage but have you seen my facebook page? the most accurate account of my rage (chorus) my religion fits my disposition it's my holy mission never get away personal becomes political becomes cyclical never get away still a member of this town i'm just living undergound always keeping safe and sound only coming out when i need food don't need air, don't need trees i want more conspiracies that's the only air i breathe information that befits my mood no more anti-anxieties just give me more of my news feed i'm happier when i bleed (chorus)

every day seems so sublime like driving in a straight line I-90 west cutting through south dakota nothing changed, that's what you knew now you know that ain't exactly true you get knocked down every now and then repent and then you're born again looking for a beginning and an end life is yin and life is yang equal parts the pleasure and the pain (chorus) praying for the sunshine and equal parts the rain like you do, like you do like an eagle on the summit you hope it doesn't plummet down to you, down to you i bet you do take it from a man who knew before who woke up off the puke green floor so many times, and will do many more you can read the bible, read it fast not quick enough to escape from your past (chorus) every day seems so sublime like driving in a straight line I-90 west cutting through south dakota nothing changed, that's what you knew now you know that ain't exactly true it ain't true ...
